Welcome to Mushi Cosmetics. These terms of service ("Terms") apply when you use mushicosmetics.com (the "Site") or buy anything from us. By placing an order you agree to these Terms, so please read them carefully. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a UK consumer.

1. Who we are

The Site and store are operated by Mushi Cosmetics ("Mushi", "we", "us"). You can reach us any time at support@mushicosmetics.com.

2. Using the Site

You must be at least 18 years old (or have the consent of a parent or guardian) to place an order. You agree to use the Site lawfully and not to interfere with its operation or security.

3. Our products

• Our products are cosmetics. Before first use, we recommend a patch test; discontinue use if irritation occurs. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat or cure any condition.
• We take care to display our products accurately, but colours may vary slightly depending on your screen.
• Our products are manufactured in China to our specifications and comply with the applicable UK cosmetics regulations.

4. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation email. We may refuse or cancel an order (for example, where a product is unavailable or a pricing error occurred) — if we do, we'll notify you and refund any payment taken.

5. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. Payment is taken at checkout through our secure payment providers. UK delivery is free — see our shipping policy.

6. Delivery

Orders are fulfilled within 1–3 working days and delivered within a maximum of 5–8 working days after dispatch. Full details, including tracking, are in our shipping policy.

7. Refunds and returns — 30-day money-back guarantee

Every order is covered by our 30-day money-back guarantee: if you're not happy, email support@mushicosmetics.com within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. See our refund policy for details, including your additional statutory cancellation and faulty-goods rights.

8. Memberships and subscriptions

• If you purchase a subscription or membership, you authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis at the frequency shown at checkout, until you cancel.
• You can cancel at any time, free of charge, by emailing support@mushicosmetics.com — see our membership cancellation page for how it works.
• To avoid being charged for the next renewal, please cancel at least 48 hours before your next billing date. Cancellation does not affect orders already dispatched, which remain covered by our refund policy.

9. Intellectual property

All content on the Site — including the Mushi name, logo, product names, images and text — belongs to us or our licensors. You may not use it without our prior written permission.

10. Our liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be excluded under UK law. Subject to that, we are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable when the contract was made, losses not caused by our breach, or business losses. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

If something's gone wrong, please email support@mushicosmetics.com and we'll do our best to put it right promptly.

12. General

If any part of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes are subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales — if you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings there.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time you place your order is the one that applies to that order.
