Free UK shipping

Shipping is free on all UK orders — no minimum spend, no hidden costs at checkout.

Delivery times

• Order processing (fulfilment): 1–3 working days from the moment you place your order.
• Delivery: a maximum of 5–8 working days once your order has been dispatched.

Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays. Orders placed at the weekend or on a bank holiday begin processing on the next working day.

Our products are manufactured in China and delivered through our international fulfilment network — the delivery times above already account for this. All customs and import handling is taken care of by us, so there are no extra charges for UK customers.

Tracking your order

As soon as your order is dispatched you'll receive an email with your tracking number. You can also follow your parcel at any time on our Track your order page.

Changed your mind about the address?

If you need to change your delivery address, email us at support@mushicosmetics.com as soon as possible. We can usually update it before dispatch, but once a parcel has left our fulfilment centre we're unable to redirect it.

Late or missing deliveries

If your order hasn't arrived within 8 working days of your dispatch email, please check the tracking link first, then contact us at support@mushicosmetics.com and we'll look into it straight away. If your parcel is confirmed lost in transit, we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund.

Where we deliver

This policy covers deliveries within the United Kingdom. If we deliver to your country outside the UK, the available shipping options and any charges are shown at checkout.
