Membership Cancellation

You can cancel your Mushi membership or subscription at any time — no cancellation fees, no questions asked.

How to cancel

To cancel, simply email us at support@mushicosmetics.com with the subject line "Cancel my membership", and include:

  • the email address you used to place your order, and
  • your name and order number (if you have it to hand).

That's it. We'll confirm your cancellation by email within 2 working days.

When to cancel

To make sure you're not charged for your next renewal, please email us at least 48 hours before your next billing date. If a renewal order has already been processed when your request reaches us, that order will still ship .

What happens after you cancel

  • No further payments will be taken.
  • You'll keep any membership benefits until the end of the period you've already paid for.
  • Any order already dispatched will still be delivered — you can track it here.
