We want you to love your Mushi products. If you're not happy with your purchase, you're covered by our 30-day money-back guarantee

How to request a refund

Just email us at support@mushicosmetics.com with:

  • your order number (you'll find it in your order confirmation email), and
  • the name and email address used to place the order.

We aim to reply within 2 working days with confirmation and, where applicable, return instructions.

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
  • Once your refund is approved (and, where a return is required, once we've received the item), your refund will be processed within 14 days. Your bank or card provider may take a few extra days to show it in your account.
  • If we ask you to return an item, return postage for change-of-mind returns is your responsibility. If an item arrived faulty, damaged or incorrect, we'll cover the cost of the return.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or isn't what you ordered, email support@mushicosmetics.com within 30 days of delivery — a photo of the issue helps us resolve it quickly. We'll offer you a replacement or a full refund, whichever you prefer.

Memberships and subscriptions

The 30-day money-back guarantee applies to each individual shipment of a subscription or membership order. Requesting a refund for one shipment does not automatically cancel future renewals — to stop future charges, please see our membership cancellation page or email us at support@mushicosmetics.com.

Your statutory rights

Our 30-day money-back guarantee is offered in addition to — and does not affect — your legal rights as a UK consumer, including:

  • your right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 to cancel an online order within 14 days of receiving it; and
  • your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 where goods are faulty, not as described, or not of satisfactory quality.
